Yoga in English with Graham Sensei in Shibuya
Graham Sensei has over 10 years experience in Hatha Yoga with regular and advanced yoga teacher certificates.
- Shibuya Workers Welfare Hall 4th Floor Training Room.Enter the building and go up the stairs to the 3rd floor to change, then come to the training / studio on the 4th Floor.
- Changing rooms, showers, washrooms and lockers are on the 3rd floor.
- There is no registration or sign in, so please come directly to the studio room on the 4th floor.
- Please bring your own yoga mat or large blanket / towel.
- Drop-ins are welcome, but the class size is limited, so please register by e-mail if possible.
- Please enter the studio on time between classes. （5-15 minutes before)
- 1 hour and 15 min. class 1,500yen.

渋谷でグラハム先生と英語でヨガをしましょう！
グラハム先生は１０年以上のハタヨガの経験があり、レギュラーとアドバンスのインストラクターの資格を持っております。
- 場所は渋谷の勤労福祉会館４Fの トレーニング室で行います。建物玄関から入り、階段で直接３Fの更衣室にあがってください。（受付などはありませんので、直接階段を上がってきてください。）
- ３Fにトイレと更衣室（コインロッカーあり）とシャワーがありますので、そちらで着替えてから４Fのトレーニング室にお越しください。
- ヨガマットまたはバスタオル、ブランケットは持参でお願いします。
- ヨガマットの代わりに上記のものでも大丈夫です。
- 直接、その日にお越しいただいても結構ですが、確実な人数把握のためにメールでご予約いただければありがたいです。
- 開始時間前には４Fのトレーニング室にお入りください。
- クラスは１時間１５分で１，５００円です。

英語がわからなくても、簡単な英語ですので大丈夫です。
